DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Guideline for Properly Addressing Data Subjects’ Rights.
- Download the form and complete it with the required information.
- Attach the supporting documents (copy of ID card or other identification document).
- Submit the duly completed and signed request through the following channels:
- Email: dpo@ecogal.aero
- In-person delivery: Galápagos Ecological Airport – Baltra Island.
- Receipt of the request: The information will be verified to ensure it is complete and that the required documents are attached.
- Identity validation: The applicant’s identity will be confirmed using the documentation provided.
- Request analysis: The feasibility of the request will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Issuance of response: A response will be provided within a maximum of 15 business days, as established by the LOPDP.
- Notification to the applicant: The response will be sent using the same method through which the request was received, unless the data subject indicates a different preference.
