DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Guidelines for Properly Addressing Data Subjects’ Rights
  • Download the form and complete it with the required information.
  • Attach the supporting documents (copy of ID card or other identification document).
  • Submit the duly completed and signed request through the following channels:
  • Email: dpo@ecogal.aero
  • In-person delivery: Galápagos Ecological Airport – Baltra Island.

  • Receipt of the request: The information will be verified to ensure it is complete and that the required documents are attached.
  • Identity validation: The applicant’s identity will be confirmed using the documentation provided.
  • Request analysis: The feasibility of the request will be evaluated in accordance with current regulations.
  • Issuance of response: A response will be provided within a maximum of 15 business days, as established by the LOPDP.
  • Notification to the applicant: The response will be sent using the same method through which the request was received, unless the data subject indicates a different preference.
